Pay in cash and sweat equity
Part of our fee is paid in cash, part in ownership. We invest our time and expertise alongside the founders.
(03) Sweat equity
For selected ventures, we can work for a combination of cash and sweat equity, exchanging part of our fee for ownership in the company.
It means we invest our time, expertise and execution alongside the founders, giving early-stage teams access to senior talent before they would normally be able to afford it.
We don’t just advise from the sidelines. We help build.
